Very impressed with SRJ windows Rosyth Scotland, from the salesman (Darren's )first visit to completion of our new windows and doors. I would highly recommend SRJ windows, the two guys that worked on our house were excellent, it was a big job but handled very professionally, top marks for everyone involved.

Installation of our windows were completed in one day, beating our expectations. Staff friendly throughout the process and great communication.

Had French doors installed by SRJ windows last month. The installers arrived on time and used dust sheets to protect everything. They were hard working, polite and considerate, even to my wee dog! They did an excellent job and the doors look fabulous! I'm looking forward to summer to get the full use of them.

Got 4 windows replaced in January 2026, the SRJ team turned up prompt, covered all floorings and tidied up afterwards - couldn't ask for more! Even when they faced a mishap of a wonky sill that required a new cut of wood, this was addressed quickly and installed the following day.

All members of the SRJ team who I had cause to deal with were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The installation team arrived on time and carried out the work in a timely manner leaving no mess or debris behind. All in all the process was seamless and delivered on time with no hassles or problems.

Lovely company, all the people are so helpful and they completed the job exactly when they said they would. The fitters cleaned up when they finished and we got a follow up call after a few weeks to check we were happy with their product and service. Highly recommend them.

Approached several window companies but most didn’t come back to me or just sent a price. SRJ responded quickly - we had a consultation which let us see the product and get a price. Then survey and installation 6 weeks later. Very happy with top quality patio doors and minor repairs to exterior harling fixed very quickly. Excellent customer service throughout and as follow up.

The service from SRJ was first class from the initial home visit from the sales team, to the installation team who were very efficient and polite to the snagging team who arrived on time and again were very efficient. I would recommend SRJ to anyone looking for new windows they are so easy to deal with and are priced very competitively too. An easy 5 stars.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. The work men are extremely tidy, they clean up throughout the fitting and don't leave any mess. Very polite and respectful of my property. We had some damage to the exterior wall and this was fixed within a week. We have had calls after the installation to make sure we are happy with the work. Looked after throughout.
