SRJ proved once again that we are not just limited to the installation of uPVC windows and uPVC doors. Our team used our more than 30 years of knowledge and experience to replace an old conservatory, making it more secure and energy efficient.
The team was called to install a replacement conservatory at a property in Dunfermline. The home, owned by Mr Green, has undertaken a significant amount of work since 2015, which had seen a new roof, replacement windows, doors and external rendering installed, and the renovation of the property’s bathrooms, kitchen and other rooms in the house. Our conservatory installation was the last part of the project, which saw us replace the old conservatory, which was at ground level and not floor level, and install new patio doors off the dining room.
It was our affordable pricing which swayed Mr Green into trusting us with his project, and we made sure to deliver a professional and high-quality level of service from quote to completion. After carrying out several site surveys, we made sure to meet Mr Green’s requirement of not impacting parallel works on the kitchen.
To Mr Green’s home, we installed some of our products, which included some double glazed aluminium window panes, a glass roof, and a sliding door to the living room. With this new installation, not only will Mr Green and his family enjoy feeling more secure in their home, thanks to the high-tech locking systems on the doors and windows, but he will also benefit from a more thermally efficient home. His property will now be naturally heated throughout the year, so he should start saving money on his energy bills. The Green family now have a lovely new space to enjoy the sunshine or the night sky from the comfort of indoors.
It was SRJ’s professionalism, courtesy and quality that impressed Mr Green the most, something he highlighted in the following testimonial:
“It was critical for the new conservatory to be installed to programme to match the works running in parallel. SRJ acknowledged this requirement and were in constant contact to ensure the programme was met without impact to the remaining works in the kitchen.
“Once the works commenced, all tradesmen were well presented, well-spoken, always ensured the work place was left clean at the end of the working day and carried out their duties to an excellent standard. The trade skills and product used on our project were of an excellent standard and SRJ were a joy to work with.
“I have no hesitation in recommending SRJ to anyone, their prices are competitive, the quality of the project excellent and tradesmen highly skilled and courteous.”
Mr Green’s installation was just one of the many successful double glazing projects SRJ have undertaken. Our team of installers and customer service specialists are always ready to start a new project and strive to provide a premium-quality service.
