All members of the SRJ team who I had cause to deal with were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The installation team arrived on time and carried out the work in a timely manner leaving no mess or debris behind. All in all the process was seamless and delivered on time with no hassles or problems.

Then survey and installation 6 weeks later. Very happy with top quality patio doors and minor repairs to exterior harling fixed very quickly. Excellent customer service throughout and as follow up.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. The work men are extremely tidy, they clean up throughout the fitting and don't leave any mess. Very polite and respectful of my property. We had some damage to the exterior wall and this was fixed within a week. We have had calls after the installation to make sure we are happy with the work. Looked after throughout.

Having had our windows, then a French door installed by SRJ Windows over a 26 year period, we decided to have a new front door fitted by them. From the staff in the showroom all the way through to fitting, they were friendly and very helpful, great customer service. The installation of the door went smoothly and it looks wonderful, we are very happy with it.
