I have used SRJ windows for 3 properties over a 21year period, having both UPVC units and wooden sash and casement installed , also daughter in law used them February this year.
We had a great experience from start to finish with SRJ. Understandably, was quite apprehensive about such a large investment and had a few dodgy quotes and experiences from other companies before going to SRJ. From my initial enquiry to the actual install, all the staff have been so friendly and helpful. Easiest process ever, didn't have to wait long before the installation and now I couldn't be more relieved to have safe, beautiful windows and doors. The fitters and surveyor have also been exceptional; all fitted in one day, and the clean up process was immaculate - never would have known they'd been there. Really appreciate the care and service shown. Can tell its a family run business and the value had for us as customers. Thank you!
Great experience from start to finish! All the staff were friendly and helpful at each stage. The installers came early on the day and got everything fitted with no issues, they cleaned up after and showed me how to work everything and gave cleaning advice. The doors and windows look great! Will come to them again.

I started with a visit to their showroom, their were very helpful but not over top on pressing for sales, which I appreciated, got some great brochures. Home visit went smoothly, due to the brochures I already new what I wanted. Installation was very easy, they took a few days, I got windows and doors installed, appreciated that the supervisor came and did a follow up, overall a seamless process, 7 months on and no issues, looks great.
SRJ windows was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process of buying and installing a replacement window in my flat. The window itself is also a big improvement over the previous one and seems to have been installed more or less flawlessly, so I am very pleased.
The process was professionally carried out at a reasonable cost.

Team arrived on time, communicated ahead of installation. We had just had the hall decorated and new carpets prior to fitment, the team did a fantastic job everything installed neatly with zero damage to decorated surfaces. Bought a door in 2021. 10 year warranty is brilliant. Lock fell off tonight, emailed the company and received a reply that someone would be out to fix. Stuart from the company drove over an hour to get to us to fix. Only a 5 minute job. All repaired. Very delighted with this company and the excellent customer service.

Excellent service received for purchasing and the installation for my new front door. I was able to select my new door from the comfort of my home and I received great advice on the best options for me. The customer service was excellent and the SRJ Windows kept in touch and the installation was done on time and very quickly. The fitters cleaned up afterwards. The door I picked was UPVC in white with a glass insert. It's good quality and I'm happy with my purchase. I would recommend using this company.
SRJ Windows were professional, efficient and tidy. The double glazing had made such a difference to the temperature of our flat and the heating bills are certainly lower! It’s also great that you can pay via interest free finance.

The whole procedure from enquiring about door to choosing and getting a quote was very easy and I found everyone friendly and helpful. The door was fitted in about 3 hours with very little mess. I am very happy with my door.

Just spoke with Derek as I had wanted to enquire about the £2,500 government discount for double glazing. He was polite and knowledgeable, even though he had explained that this was in fact a scam, he was in no rush to get me of the phone, I was disappointed that I couldn’t give him some custom as he very honest and explained - as he said “the good the bad and the ugly”, There are far too many companies that would take full advantage of their own customers so it’s nice to know that there are one or two that will be upfront and honest.

The window replacement was well planned and structured with all the work carried out by the 2 fitters effectively and in an efficient manner. Every care was undertaken to minimise disruption and any dust etc due to the removal of old windows and the fitting of new. We are well pleased with the windows and work carried out and will be in contact to discuss fitting another 3 soon.
The whole experience with SRJ WIndows was excellent from the measuring to the fitting. Communication from the company was great and the fitters and plasterers were professional and friendly. The fitters made sure any mess was completely cleaned up – you wouldn’t know they had been there and a full explanation of the care and use of the windows was given before they left. We needed some further plastering done and this was arranged easily. Overall an excellent job and would definitely use again and recommend to family and friends.

I’ve been meaning to do this review for ages. I have had my new doors and porch for a couple of years now and I would give them 6 stars if possible! I have had not one single issue. They took only 3 days to fit one new window, 2 french doors and replace an existing porch. There was little to no mess, the guys were polite and pleasant. Over the last few years I haven’t had to get them back once, zero issues and everything has stood up to the winter storms (which blew down my fence). I will be getting my other windows and door done in the next few years.

SRJ recently installed windows and doors to our house, the workmanship and consideration shown by the installation team was absolutely fantastic, coming home every night to a perfectly tidy area where they had been working was a breath of fresh air and made the entire installation completely hassle free, would not hesitate to use them again.
The team of 2 installers turned up on time and carried out the installation of our French doors with care and respect to our property. They were tidy, efficient and very friendly, explaining everything about the installation as they proceeded. After installing they explained how to operate the door locking system.
I am delighted with the product and the quality of workmanship. All aspects of the job were handled with great care and accuracy, and with minimum disruption. We have been really pleased with our new Sunroom French doors and windows. That were installed last October. The process from the start talking to the salesman about what we would like and the design they gave us has been excellent. The teams that did the construction work were always on time and talked us through all the stages and did a great job. They cleaned up everyday and any worries we had were soon sorted out. We are now enjoying sitting in our lovely Sunroom.

Firstly I got 3 quotes on reviewing them I decided to use SRJ, one main reason was as a returning customer albeit 25years ago I knew the quality of their work, and I must say I was not disappointed. The quality of their product was far superior than the other proposed suppliers. The old windows and patio door was removed in a safe and efficient manner. The installation of the new windows & French door went like clockwork this being down to the standard of the craftsmen which was first class. On completion I was asked to check the installation then the locking system of windows and door was clearly explained.
Had new cladding to my porch and a brand new door fitted, can highly recommend SRJ, glad i went with them, the 2 guys that done it was professional and no mess left, very happy.

From start to finish staff from my first call, the crew on the day to the aftercare have been amazing! I have huge “heavy” panes of glass that needed fitted and they figured it out and got them in with great effort and didn’t once complain! The crew cleaned up each day and were friendly and helpful! We absolutely love our new back door. The communication throughout with SRJ Windows was fantastic. We were given an installation date in advance and our new door was fitted exactly when they said it would be. There was a very small area around the door frame (we never saw it as it was barely noticeable) that required a bit of filler, we got a phone call from SRJ letting us know a plasterer would visit the next week to repair which he did. The work was finished to a very high standard and I would not hesitate to recommend SRJ Windows to friends/family.

Ordered bespoke composite door and communication with company has been excellent. The installation team arrived within time slot and explained what would happen. Cleaned up after installation and went over how to lock/unlock the door. Plastering work completed within 7 day timeframe as promised. Replaced all windows, doors and cladding within 3 days. Great job. Tradesmen friendly, respectful, tidy and left a great finish. One door fitted wrong way however rectified and replaced within a week. Expensive compared to others but you certainly get what you pay for. Quality windows and composite door. Would certainly recommend to others.
