From the initial contact there was no pressure. We never felt pressurised and had plenty of time to consider if we wanted to proceed. When we decided that we were going to accept the quote, we were given a complete breakdown of the various ways we could consider for payment. When the team arrived to complete the job they arrived on time, were polite and tidy workmen. The whole job was completed on time and there was no mess left behind for us to clear away. We were aware that there are cheaper companies around, however SRJ have a good reputation and a first class 10 year warranty on their kit. Both my wife and I are well pleased with the new windows and the follow up service given.

From the first visit to the showroom to the finished job the customer service has been outstanding. The work was completed to a very high standard with a tidy and efficient team of workmen. Great communication throughout and I would highly recommend SRJ.

Had French doors installed by SRJ windows last month. The installers arrived on time and used dust sheets to protect everything. They were hard working, polite and considerate, even to my wee dog! They did an excellent job and the doors look fabulous! I'm looking forward to summer to get the full use of them.

Got 4 windows replaced in January 2026, the SRJ team turned up prompt, covered all floorings and tidied up afterwards - couldn't ask for more! Even when they faced a mishap of a wonky sill that required a new cut of wood, this was addressed quickly and installed the following day.

All members of the SRJ team who I had cause to deal with were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The installation team arrived on time and carried out the work in a timely manner leaving no mess or debris behind. All in all the process was seamless and delivered on time with no hassles or problems.

Lovely company, all the people are so helpful and they completed the job exactly when they said they would. The fitters cleaned up when they finished and we got a follow up call after a few weeks to check we were happy with their product and service. Highly recommend them.

Approached several window companies but most didn’t come back to me or just sent a price. SRJ responded quickly - we had a consultation which let us see the product and get a price. Then survey and installation 6 weeks later. Very happy with top quality patio doors and minor repairs to exterior harling fixed very quickly. Excellent customer service throughout and as follow up.
