SRJ SERVICE GETS EVEN BETTER

In 2011 Natalie started working with SRJ to run our after sales department. Now you get to make an appointment as soon as you call in, unlike other companies where you wait for weeks, sometimes months, for an appointment. You also won't have to wait long for us to come to you. If it's an emergency we can usually get to you the same day. So if you are a customer already, or you are thinking about getting SRJ to install new products for you, you won't have any hassle if you ever have a problem with your windows and doors. We have also been working with an IT company on a new bespoke software system to enhance our after sales department. This is now installed and up and running.

Carnegie College Student of the Year

Since 2008 SRJ have sponsored the prestigious Student of the Year prize at Carnegie College. This award goes to the top student showing outstanding qualities judged from across the broad spectrum of departments within Carnegie College. Once again the Award Ceremony is scheduled for the end of May and SRJ are delighted to be associated with the effort and hard work involved showcasing this event.

HEALTH AND SAFETY UPDATE

SRJ personnel have now fully completed our in-house Health and Safety Programme under the watchful eye of our Health and Safety Consultant, Mr Jim Fish CMIOSH RSP. In addition the Joiners have just finished a PASMA Course on Portable Access Scaffolds which is another step in our Health and Safety Programme. SRJ's commitment to safety extends to our customers and our safe working practices will be fully implemented within your home for your own peace of mind.
